SageRAN Participates in 2026 Satellite Internet Industry Conference in Xiong'an
On September 23, the 2026 Satellite Internet Modern Industrial Chain Development Conference was held in Xiong'an, Hebei Province, China. The conference brought together industry stakeholders to discuss satellite internet development, industry planning, supply chain collaboration, and emerging applications.
Invited by China Satellite Network Supply Chain Co., Ltd., SageRAN participated in the event and exchanged insights with industry partners on satellite communication technologies and application development.

Advancing Satellite-Terrestrial Network Integration
As satellite internet technologies evolve, the integration of satellite and terrestrial mobile networks is becoming increasingly important for extending coverage and improving network resilience.
SageRAN is actively developing Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) technologies and solutions to enable closer integration between satellite communications and terrestrial cellular networks. These capabilities are particularly relevant for remote areas, maritime environments, emergency communications, and other locations with limited terrestrial coverage.
Building on its expertise in 4G/5G Radio Access Networks (RAN) and end-to-end communication systems, SageRAN is exploring solutions involving satellite access, base station technologies, and hybrid satellite-terrestrial network architectures.
The objective is to enable seamless coordination between satellite links and existing cellular infrastructure, providing flexible connectivity options across diverse deployment environments.
Strengthening Industry Collaboration
As communications infrastructure evolves toward integrated satellite-terrestrial networks, SageRAN remains committed to advancing NTN technology development and strengthening collaboration across the satellite internet ecosystem.
By working with industry partners, SageRAN aims to accelerate the integration of satellite connectivity into existing mobile networks and industry applications, supporting broader coverage and more resilient communications.
Connecting terrestrial and satellite networks to extend connectivity beyond conventional coverage boundaries.
